Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order the next business day after order is received but will guarantee it within 7 business days of order. Postal delays are in no way under our control and may take up to 14 days and beyond to get to you. Please take note of this time frame when ordering and allow sufficent time to pass before communicating with us regarding arrival of your package. 

If your package is not received, or damaged on arrival please contact us immediatly on narraingrain@outlook.com and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
